How to Become a Health Information Manager

To become a health information manager, you’ll first need to obtain your high school diploma. With that step complete, you’ll then need to attend an accredited college program that includes the studies you need to know for a management-level career.

You can choose to either complete your Associate’s degree and then gain work experience in the field or move forward with your Bachelor’s degree program. Finishing school will take approximately four years from start to finish.
