Is Cambridge College of Healthcare & Technology Licensed?

Yes indeed! Cambridge is a proud licensed institution with the Florida Commission for Independent Education (CIE) for our two campuses in Florida. Our Cambridge Georgia campus is licensed by the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission (GNPEC).

Our Nursing Assistant, Practical Nursing, and AS in Nursing programs are approved by the Florida Board of Nursing.

Is Cambridge College of Healthcare & Technology Accredited?

Yes! Cambridge is nationally accredited with the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) which is nationally recognized by the United States Department of Education. You can find ABHES on the USDOE list of recognized accrediting agencies by visiting www.ed.gov. Navigate to the list of accrediting bodies available at this site. 

Our Diagnostic Medical Sonography programs at our Delray Beach, FL and Atlanta, GA campus is programmatically accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (www.caahep.org) upon the recommendation of JRCDMS Committee on Accreditation.

Does Cambridge offer financial aid, financing, student loans, grants, custom payment plans or other funding options?

Yes! Cambridge participates in Title IV programs which allow students who qualify for financial aid the ability to attend school using PELL grants, Florida State Grants, Stafford Loans, Parent Plus, Direct Loans and other funding programs. Students that are eligible may also attend using Workforce grants and Vocational Rehab.

Veterans Administration Approvals (VA Friendly School)

Atlanta, Altamonte Springs, and Delray are currently approved to provide education through the United States Veterans Administration through their respective state agency offices.

What do I need to bring with me if I decide to enroll?

Personal identification, application fee of $50.00, and information concerning your educational history.

*Some programs will require background check and drug screening.

Can I get certified once I complete the program?

Graduates from Cambridge are eligible to test for certifications and licenses in each of our currently offered career fields. These vary by program of study.

Does Cambridge offer courses online?

Cambridge is approved to offer all of the academic associate programs on a hybrid platform! Cambridge also offers programs on a 100% online platform.

Cambridge approved to participate in NC-SARA

Cambridge College of Healthcare & Technology has been approved by (Florida) to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements. NC-SARA is a voluntary, regional approach to state oversight of postsecondary distance education.
