Is Cambridge College of Healthcare & Technology Licensed?

Yes indeed! Cambridge is a proud licensed institution with the Florida Commission for Independent Education (CIE) for our three campuses in Florida. Our Cambridge Georgia campus is licensed by the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission (GNPEC).

Our Nursing Assistant, AS in Nursing, and BS in nursing programs are approved by the Florida Board of Nursing. our AS in Nursing program is approved by the Georgia Board of Nursing.

Is Cambridge College of Healthcare & Technology Accredited?

Yes! Cambridge is institutionally accredited with the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) which is nationally recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDOE). Our Diagnostic Medical Sonography programs at our Delray Beach, FL, Atlanta, GA, Altamonte Springs, FL, campus, and our Miami campus are programmatically accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) (www.caahep.org) upon the recommendation of JRCDMS Committee on Accreditation.

The Nursing, Associate of Science Degree Program has successfully achieved initial accreditation with the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). Does Cambridge offer financial aid, financing, student loans, grants, custom payment plans or other funding options?

Yes! Cambridge participates in US Department of Education’s Title IV programs which allow students who qualify for financial aid the ability to attend school using PELL grants, Florida State Grants, Stafford Loans, Parent Plus, Direct Loans and other funding programs. Students that are eligible may also attend using Workforce grants and Vocational Rehab.

Veterans Administration Approvals (VA Friendly School)

Orlando (Altamonte Springs), Delray Beach, Atlanta, and Miami including (Online Programs), are currently approved to provide education through the United States Veterans Administration through their respective state agency offices.

What do I need to bring with me if I decide to enroll?

Personal identification, application fee of $50.00, and information concerning your educational history.

*Some programs will require background check and drug screening.

Can I get certified once I complete the program?

Graduates from Cambridge are eligible to test for certifications and licenses that are required in each of our currently offered career fields. These vary by program of study.

Does Cambridge offer courses online?

Yes, Cambridge is approved to offer all of the academic associates programs and Medical Assistant (Diploma/Certificate) program on a hybrid platform! Cambridge also offers programs on a 100% online platform for all Bachelor Programs (except Nursing), Information Technology programs, Medical Billing and Coding, and Health Information Technology.

Is Cambridge approved to participate in NC-SARA?

Cambridge College of Healthcare & Technology participates in the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements.
