Delray Beach Campus ASN Program Awarded ACEN

Nursing students are studying in class

Cambridge College of Health & Technology is happy to share with you the exciting news that we have received programmatic accreditation from the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) for our Associate of Science in Nursing program.

What is programmatic accreditation, and why is it important?

Programmatic Accreditation affirms that a college provides a quality of nursing education that the general public has the right to expect and that the educational community recognizes. In short, ACEN programmatic accreditation signifies quality in nursing education by fostering program excellence through peer review, which benefits students, faculty, and the community. ACEN also looks at end of program student learning outcomes such as completion, placement, and pass rates. The goal is to make sure that a school is in fact, educating and graduating nurses who can provide quality patient care.
