Cambridge College Atlanta Campus’s Commitment to Virtual Clean Water Run!

Several of Cambridge Atlanta campus students and faculty members are participating in the Virtual Clean Water Run during the month of May 2015. The Event’s proceeds are 100% given to the charity named Water, which directly funds clean water solutions. Cambridge’s students and faculty are participating at various gyms or at home throughout the month. The project was created to promote exercise and to help fund solutions for clean water. This leadership event is part of Cambridge’s underlying approach to helping others and caring for the community.

Gallup Poll Finds Nurses Rated Highest in Honesty and Ethics for 15th Straight Year

A new Gallup poll finds Americans rate healthcare providers very high on their honesty and ethics, especially nurses. For the 15th straight year, nurses were rated the highest among professions. From the article, “Most Americans trust their healthcare providers to be honest and ethical, but few other professions fare so well in Gallup’s annual look at honesty and ethical standards among various fields. Cambridge College Radiology Students Strut Their Stuff & Raise Money for Breast Cancer!

Students and the Director from the Radiology group participated in the Glam-a-thon Strut to help raise money for local women fighting breast cancer. Glam-A-THON™ is a sustainable, dynamic breast cancer charity dedicated to helping our families, friends and neighbors in the communities where we live. Broward Health Medical Center and Cambridge Institute Team Up The program teamed up with their clinical affiliate, Broward Health Medical Center in Ft Lauderdale and received the Glam Queen Crown for raising the most money, $16,380! Cambridge applauds the Radiology program for their support to the community.

Cambridge Attends the Broward County College Fair

Recently, Cambridge Institute of Allied Health & Technology attended the Broward County College Fair.  Approximately 7,000 high school students attended from all over Broward and Miami Dade.  Students were curious to know what our school and programs had to offer. Our Interim Campus Director Dominique Werner, Director of Admissions Norlan Tolon, Director of Career Services James Andrews, and Director of Radiologic Technology Program Stacy Kopso were busy answering many questions that students had about our school. Cambridge College Supports Athleader’s Breast Cancer Run

Take pride in Our Community On Saturday October 5th, Cambridge took part in the Athleader’s Breast Cancer Run/ Walk 5 Miler.  Several supporters showed up to walk Stone Mountain for the 5K. It was a beautiful morning and each person was there for the same purpose, we walked in support of Cancer survivors and End the Fight with Cancer. Together, the walkers and runners took on the mountain. Approximately 80 supporters on each team cheered them on from the sideline.
