Cambridge Faculty Participates in the IOA 5K to benefit The Second Harvest Food Bank

The Cambridge Altamonte faculty got together on Thursday, April 18, 2019, to attend the IOA 5K – Orlando’s Largest Office Party. Faculty members from the ADN, PN, and RXT programs came together to participate in this wonderful team building experience. There were over 15,000 participants at this year’s IOA 5K and more than $19,000 was raised to benefit The Second Harvest Food Bank. Cambridge Miami Giving Back to the Community at St. Monica

Cambridge College of Healthcare & Technology’s new campus in Miami Gardens, Florida recently learned that St. Monica Catholic Church was in need of bulletin and white boards to teach its Catechism classes. St. Monica offers many classes regularly within the local community. Cambridge’s leadership jumped on the opportunity to help. It is such an honor to assist the developing students, so Cambridge decided to donate the 22 new boards to update the capabilities of classrooms. Cambridge Adds SimonMed to Our Clinical Rotations

The Radiologic Technologist program would like to announce that we add SimonMed to our clinical rotations. SimonMed will offer our students a wide variety of exams consisting of Diagnostic, MRI, CT, Dexa scans, Mammograms, Nuclear Medicine and Interventional Radiology. These locations are all over the Orlando area adding 13 sites for our students. The students started last week and have already seen a difference in their education by adding these sites.

Cambridge Adds Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta to Our Clinical Affiliates Family

The Cambridge DMS program is happy to announce Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) and their urgent care center to our clinical affiliates family. Since joining us in May 2018, Sundus Agad, Clinical Coordinator, has successfully added seven slots to the general concentration rotation: CIMA, Maternal Fetal Specialist (MEDNAX) Gwinnett, Maternal Fetal Specialist (MEDNAX) Northside, Piedmont Fayette, Piedmont Howell Mill, 210 Imaging and now Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Cambridge College Atlanta Campus’s Commitment to Virtual Clean Water Run!

Several of Cambridge Atlanta campus students and faculty members are participating in the Virtual Clean Water Run during the month of May 2015. The Event’s proceeds are 100% given to the charity named Water, which directly funds clean water solutions. Cambridge’s students and faculty are participating at various gyms or at home throughout the month. The project was created to promote exercise and to help fund solutions for clean water. This leadership event is part of Cambridge’s underlying approach to helping others and caring for the community.
