AI-Driven Future—Empowering Cambridge College of Healthcare & Technology Students

At Cambridge College of Healthcare & Technology, we’re deeply committed to not just keeping up with the future—but shaping it. Inspired by Laura Ascione’s article, “10 Dimensions of AI Readiness” (Innovation New, June 24, 2025), Cambridge’s Institute of Innovation is strategically engaging with the Digital Education Council’s Ten Dimension AI Readiness Framework to lead meaningful change across our programs. We understand that the healthcare and technology industries are being transformed by AI, and our mission is clear: to ensure our students are personally and professionally ready to thrive in this new era.

Our approach is immersive and proactive. We are aligning our curriculum, professional development, and governance structures with the 10 dimensions—from fostering AI literacy and ethical use, to ensuring our faculty and students have access to the latest training and resources. We’re also focusing heavily on accessibility, making sure that all students—regardless of background—have the support they need to succeed. As Ascione emphasizes, institutions must go beyond generative AI to harness the broader capabilities of artificial intelligence in transforming education, research, and decision-making.

Most importantly, our commitment is student-centered. AI is powerful, but it is our students’ compassion, curiosity, and resilience that will define the future of healthcare and technology. Cambridge is not just a college—it’s a platform for personal growth, innovation, and belonging. We are excited to be building a community where students feel empowered, faculty are supported, and AI becomes a tool to enhance human potential—not replace it. With strategy, heart, and vision, we’re preparing the leaders of tomorrow—today.
