Cambridge gave me the structure and support I needed to earn my associate degree in Cyber and Network Security—and ultimately change my life. Even during some of my darkest moments, when I had lost my apartment, my car, and any sense of stability, Cambridge was there. The hardship grant helped me stay in school when I didn’t know how I’d make it through, and the tutoring services reinforced my learning and kept me on track. Being consistently on the Dean’s List reminded me of my potential and gave me the motivation to keep pushing.

Though the program was mostly online, I used that independence as fuel to take control of my success. I built a home lab, studied late into the night, and created over 500 flashcards to prepare for the Security+ exam—a certification that became my turning point. It wasn’t just a test; it was proof that I could reclaim my future.

Cambridge not only helped me meet my academic goals but also gave me the confidence and tools to pursue a career in cybersecurity. Their career services team continues to be a source of encouragement as I take the next steps. My journey wasn’t easy, but Cambridge made it possible.
