The rising demand for qualified nurses has opened a wide range of employment opportunities for individuals with the proper education and training. At Cambridge College of Healthcare & Technology and Cambridge Institute of Allied Health, we are focused on helping students seize the opportunities presented by the rising demand.
Cambridge’s Nursing Programs
Cambridge offers several nursing programs designed to help students jumpstart their careers, including:
- Associates of Science in Nursing: Registered nurses, or RNs, work directly with physicians and other nurses to provide patient care. Our two-year Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) Program has been carefully designed to help students obtain the knowledge and skills needed to serve in this critical role.
- Practical Nursing Diploma: Responsible for the direct care of patients, licensed practical nurses (LPNs) play a key role in the treatment of patients. Our Practical Nursing (LPN) Diploma Program offers the education and training students need to thrive in LPN careers. The program offers a mix of classroom learning, hands-on training and clinical work.
- Nursing Assistant Diploma: One of the fastest growing positions in the medical field is that of the nursing assistant. Our five-week Nursing Assistant (NA) Diploma Program prepares students for successful careers and offers many benefits, including small class sizes, hands-on instruction, real-world training and more.
Each of our nursing programs is designed to prepare students to take and pass mandatory certification examinations following graduation.
