Dr. Terry LaPier has been appointed to the Boards of Visitors of both The Tim and Steph Busch School of Business and the Conway School of Nursing at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.

Boards of Visitors bring together experienced leaders in business, healthcare, and education who volunteer their time to advise each school’s leadership, support its students, and help strengthen its programs. In serving both schools, Dr. LaPier joins two communities whose work sits close to his own mission: preparing skilled, compassionate professionals for careers in healthcare , technology, and business-critical fields.

“Education is at its best when it helps people build lives of purpose — for themselves, their families, and the communities they serve. I’m honored to support the students and faculty of the Busch School and the Conway School of Nursing in that work.”
Dr. Terrence LaPier, Chancellor & CEO, CambridgeHealth.edu

Dr. LaPier holds a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics, completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and earned his bachelor’s degree from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. He served on the faculty of the Wharton School for 17 years and serves as a trustee and board member for a number of educational and healthcare organizations, including the Johns Hopkins Medicine Sibley Hospital Foundation.
