The Miami Team started collecting toys and gifts on 12/9/19 from the surrounding businesses and our construction vendors for the newly built Cambridge College of Healthcare & Technology campus in Miami Gardens, Florida to benefit one of the local churches that supports community residents in need. We managed to gather more than 70 toys and gifts for children ages newborn – 17 years and presented them to St. Monica before the Christmas holiday.
Marisol Rodriguez, the Office Manager at St. Monica sent the following message, “Thank you so much for the Christmas gifts. Yolanda sent me pictures. You are truly a blessing to St. Monica. I look forward to working with you next year on the health fair”.
In September, Dr. LaPier, on behalf of Cambridge Health Education donated dry-erase and bulletin boards to outfit 20 classrooms at St. Monica in support of the religion and other classes held onsite at the Church.
