Highlighting the Accomplishments of Cambridge Graduates

“I became an RN in 2020 at the peak of Covid-19. I worked the frontlines of the pandemic at Bellevue Hospital in New York City. I later deployed to the Rio Grande Valley in Harlingen, Texas and worked the frontlines at Valley Baptist Medical Center Harlingen as a part of the Emergency Response Crisis Network. As schools reopened, I became a school nurse and will work on individualized case management plans to bridge the gap between students and educators in my district, training educators to meet the health needs of their students all while maintaining community work in mental health nursing.”

“I am both honored and humbled by my experiences as an RN. I have a deep respect for my profession, my colleagues and my role in serving others through some of the most difficult times they will ever face. It is imperative that we as a nation, continue to support nurse education, and training programs for student nurses to provide them the skills and resources to serve their patients, community and their country.”

Respectfully,
