When not training at our Miami Clinical site, the Radiologic Technology program has clinical affiliations with hospitals and medical facilities in Palm Beach County, Indian River County, and Broward County.

With these south Florida clinical locations, and now with the addition of the Miami clinical location, Radiologic Technology students who attend Cambridge Health definitely have the advantage, in both the experience they’ll gain and networking opportunities at top-tier medical facilities.

The Training Schedule at Our Miami Clinic: Jackson Memorial Hospital

In most cases, Radiologic Technology students spend 1-2 days per week in the classroom at our Delray Beach location and 3-4 days per week at our clinical sites. Students can also complete some of their general education classes online, making this a very flexible medical program.

This Radiologic Technologist Clinical Training Program Prepares Students With:

  • Hands-on experience at clinical healthcare facilities, now including clinical training at Miami’s finest hospital and medical facility.

What Skills Do Radiologic Technician Students Learn Through Clinical Training?

At our Miami Clinical site and three South Florida clinic locations, Radiologic Technicians work closely with Radiologists and healthcare teams that administer X-rays. From preparing patients to performing X-Rays and analysis, Radiologic Technicians are an essential part of any healthcare facility.

Radiologic Technician Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
  • Administering and analyzing X-rays
  • Positioning patients
  • Ensuring quality X-ray imagery
